3 Cancellation
You cannot cancel any merchandise for which shipping preparations have been completed; provided, however, that if the goods are confiscated by Customs, your order will be cancelled.

4 Delivery of goods
The delivery date of the goods shall be determined by our Company at its own sole discretion, and you may not designate a delivery date when placing order for the merchandise.

5 Shipping and other charges
You shall bear all shipping charges relating to the delivery of the merchandise, consumption tax, and customs charges in any country where the merchandise is delivered.

6 Payment and refund method
For security reasons, PayPal shall be used for payments and refunds.

7 Cancellation of contracts
When the merchandise you have ordered is out of stock or for justifiable reasons at our discretion, we may cancel our contract with you even if you have completed the ordering Procedure.

8 Returns and replacement of merchandise
You are entitled to ask our Company to replace the merchandise only for the following reasons; provided, however, such replacement shall be limited to cases where the merchandise is unused and has been returned our Company within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
(1) When the merchandise is defective or
(2) When the merchandise differs from the original order due to our Company's error.

9 Changes to notifications
In the event of any change when filing your application, you will notify our Company of the relevant change without delay.

10 Exemption from obligation
In any event, our Company shall have no obligation whatsoever to compensate for lost profit, indirect damage, special damage, attorney's fees, and any other damage not specified in this article.

(1) Individual Rights At Nihon Ya, we hold an individual's rights to the protection of privacy to the highest regard, and upon the request of the individual, will disclose, correct, or delete the information within a reasonable period of time.
(2) Collection, Use, and Provision of Personal Information For the purposes of collecting, using, and providing personal information, we will make clear as to the purpose of collecting the personal information, and will handle the information in an appropriate manner.
(3) Enforcement of Safety Measures We will take reasonable safety measures regarding personal information so that problems to not arise, such as leakage outside of the company, or inappropriate falsification of information.
