Hakama are a necessary item for menfs yukatas, particularly for formal occasions. Also, wearing one will give you an extra spring in your step. Types of hakama include the umanori hakama and andon hakama.

These products are all andon hakama. Compared with umanori hakama which have a crotch and are divided between the left and right legs like trousers, the more traditional andon type hakama are not divided.

Hakama sizes are expressed as himoshita. The standard sizes corresponding to height are as shown in the table, but depending on where you fasten the obi and the protrusion of your stomach these can differ slightly.
